Changing your mind set and not acting on thoughts is a powerful message. Veto power is the ultimate tool for fighting those urges. Good info from Amy Johnson. #30daysofsummaries

  2. Rob Says:

The Little Book of Big Change, attempts to focus on how to overcome habits i.e., ‘addictions’ without relying on willpower. AA’s Twelve-Step Approach, a set of guiding principles outlining a course of action for recovery offers far better method. Don’t let other people rent space in your mind.
