    The Little Book of Big Change, attempts to focus on how to overcome habits i.e., ‘addictions’ without relying on willpower. AA’s Twelve-Step Approach, a set of guiding principles outlining a course of action for recovery offers far better method. Don’t let other people rent space in your mind.
